Recruiter called, so I talked to the recruiter in a phone interview . He scheduled me to come for an interview. I had a group interview with 3 IT dept members. I knew within 2 mins, that this is not the type of people I want to work with.. The one guy was very nice, probably because he was only there for 3 weeks and not turned like the other 2. The other 2 came off as arrogant to me. They were the extreme micro manager type who would probably watch your every move and try to fire you. The IT manager kept bragging about how many people he had to fire. I have been in IT for 10 years, and I would steer clear of this IT dept. I am sure the company has many good people.
