I applied for this position while I was working in a temporary role via a staffing agency at Evolent Health. After temping at Evolent for a few months, I had expressed my interest in working for Evolent Health long term to my manager and she suggested this position. After I applied it was only a few days before HR reached out for a quick phone screening which just took a few minutes. I was then set up with an in person interview with three individuals (one was the hiring manager, one was a manager of one of the teams I would be working with, and the other worked closely with the team). Each interview lasted about 30 minutes and mainly consisted of behavioral interview questions. Everyone was so nice and it is clear they all are very passionate about what they do and truly love working at Evolent. I then heard back from the hiring manager a few weeks later and accepted the offer.
