I was contacted by the recruiter who setup an initial phone screen of about 30 minutes to describe the job and make sure I was who I said I was. After that I spoke to the hiring manager who was actually driving while we were speaking. She cut the interview a bit short and was indecisive when I asked her what she though of me. I was then told that I would hear back in 1-2 weeks whether they would like to move forward. I was never contacted and it has been nearly a month, even though I had reached back out to the recruiter. I think that is poor decorum, not that I didn't get the job but to not communicate that promptly and correctly.
