Interview
I applied online, and heard back from the corporate recruiter a day or two later via email. We scheduled a phone interview the following week. The phone interview went very well. The recruiter and I really hit it off. He even gave me his personal cell number and we connected on LinkedIn. We stayed in touch for about a week. My phone interview with one of the two executives was the following week. It went great and the recruiter gave me really positive feedback. A week later I had an in person interview with the other executive and another executive assistant that has been helping. Both interviews went great in my opinion. Not much feedback after that. Two weeks had passed since my in person interview and I reached out to the recruiter. He told me they didn't have a budget for the position I was interviewing for and they decided to eliminate the position. How unprofessional is that? What a waste of my time! Thanks a lot "Evolent Health" for showing your true colors after wasting over a month of my time.
The interview process was streamlined very well and there was only the initial phone call, and 2 more interviews after that within a few days apart. I received a response fairly quickly after all were completed.

Interview
Applied online and received an request to setup a call with a recruiter via email. Date was setup for less than a week later. Recruiter asked basic questions (tell me about yourself, why Evolent). She then let me know that she would be reaching out to the hiring manager to setup a time for a second call. Got another request via email (noted that I would be on vacation but moved things around and still continued with the interview). I felt that the interview went great. The hiring manager stated she would follow up within two weeks. To my surprise I was emailed that afternoon to setup an interview with the Arlington team.
I setup the interview up for a week later I believe. It was initially supposed to be four 30 min interviews with each team member but the day prior was told the president wouldn’t be able to complete his with me and that two other members would be doing their interviews together. Odd but i understand how schedules can quickly change.
I complete both interviews and really thought everything went well. The ladies told me about what they do within the company and what would be expected of the new hire. I was really excited leaving the interviews knowing that I would at least hear back something quickly.
My interview was Thursday and I emailed the recruiter Monday afternoon to thank them and ask for any updates. I got a reply that they didn’t have any just yet. I waited another week and followed up with an email again. I didn’t hear anything back til the following day and was told that they went with an internal hire. I asked for some feedback and was told because of policy that they couldn’t. All in all this process took a little over a month. It would have been nice to at least get some feedback for my time but the experience wasn’t an awful one. Everyone was open to answering any questions during the interviews and seemed generally interested and engaged.
