Very standard application process. I applied online and then received an interview request 3-5 days after.
The interview itself was one of the more uncomfortable ones I have done. Very quick back-to-back questions with little feedback or conversation. Failed to answer questions I had about the position, and generally felt very rushed. I received an email a day after declining to move forward with very little explanation. The interview felt more like an inquisition than a conversation.

Lengthy. After several rounds of phone and skype interviews I met with a few folks in their San Francisco office. Although the position was in flux, I was told to stay in touch and that I was their first choice. Three and a half months after I traveled to San Francisco and weeks after inquiring about the job status I received a form email stating they were looking at other candidates. That's fine, of course, but I expect more communication from a company that's so highly rated. If someone takes the time to travel to you, stay over night, juggle their current work duties in an effort to meet with you then the decent thing would be a personal call or email.
