Several phone interviews followed up with face to face interviews with up to 4 managers. It was a process that took place over several months. Questions are all based on behavioral interviewing when you get to the face to face. If you make it to the 1:1 interview it is a fairly quick process after that. They do a background check which can take up to 7 to 10 days. Mine was done in just a few days. They are not just looking to fill a spot but open their doors to someone who would like a career and have the same goals ...... Which is to change the way health care is delivered.

All questions asked were behavioral questions relating to specific issue or situation you may have encountered. How would you handle, how did you handle, how did it make you feel, what would you do different? It really makes you look at yourself. Really take some time to reflect on your last job and how you handled conflict, deadlines and working with peers before going into an interview.
