Screening interview was set up through an email with HR. Talked about the company and what the position would entail. Asked 2 generic interview questions, then said he would reach out to me later that afternoon to set up another interview with the hiring manager. He then emails me saying the hiring manager said this position must work all Saturday’s. No where in the job description did it state that, but I chose to continue with interview process. A few days later he set up an interview for the next day. No one from Evolent showed up to interview. After about 10 min I reached out to HR and he said, oh it must’ve not been a good time. He said he’d notify me with a new time. I asked about a timeframe and he couldn’t give me an answer. I was extremely disappointed seeing all the research I did on this company was positive. Due to all the disorganization, I decided to withdraw my application for this position through an email. No one ever even acknowledged they received my email.
