I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Evolution in Jun 2023
Interview
The process took 1-2 weeks from the moment I applied. I received a call from the recruiter, it was a phone call to make a first screen. He asked a little about my experience in that first call and agreed a second interview for the next day. The interview was around 30 minutes long. It was a typical interview to talk you more about the company and for you to talk about your experience. The recruiter has made some behavioural questions about leadership in my actual job. It felt like it went very well, he even explained about different positions open for the same role. Some days after I have received a rejection email. I would rather to have the feedback in the interview than the way it was.
