Contacted the recruitment contact for feedback, because after doing 3 rounds of interviews you'd think they'd give some and he's ghosted me.

It took 3 interviews (they told me the third one would be final). They have been ghosting me for about 2 weeks since that final call. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have followed up 2 times and still no response. Vanished into thin air. Have never encountered anything like this. I am a grown-up, I can take a rejection. At least have the decency to communicate, I wasted a month on you, useless lot.
