Interviews move pretty fast but the company needs to monitor their recruiters on how they conduct their screenings. One recruiter had a very condescending tone throughout the screening and another literally speed-read through a pre-written script as fast as they could the entire time. I lost interest in the company after the recruiter interactions.
Communicative recruiter who did a good job pitching the company. Coding and System Design round. Both were very fair and for System Design it was more like leading a design discussion than a test, which is good because you have to actually think and answer questions, but you can also ask questions. Coding was standard python questions, no ridiculous gotchas. Also a behavioral round.
