EvolutionIQ Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of five steps: The recruiter, two separate interviews with future coworkers, one interview with future manager, and one interview with the evp of the engineering part of the company. The interviews were all properly focused with the interviewer. Speaking with my future manager, he was looking for the things to know as my manager. Speaking with a coworker, he was testing my ability to understand a problem and write code that solved it. Each of the interviewers also made sure I had adequate time to ask my own questions, and I was able to get a real feel for what the company was like and my future role would be like. I even learned a few things from them that apply to more than just the company. Very glad to have found them and joined them!
