Upper Manager will call you and if they like what they hear, do initial interview, then pass you on to Branch Manager, then they will have to take an assessment. If all goes well, they will send you for a drug screen.

Overall experience and what do you bring to the table?
Submitted resume within one business week I was contacted by telephone for a brief interview of basic knowledge questions regarding irrigation and landscaping. Set up a face to face interview for the next week where more detailed questions were asked regarding inventory knowledge, personnel management and ability to read and decipher reports.
