I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at EwingCole (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by head of the engineering department for my discipline and then was shown around. I was also introduced to different persons of interest and shown the different work facilities and capabilities. They had designed and built their own floor that housed their 200 odd site employees. The floor was divided up by discipline and well organized for team communication and interaction. The rest of the interview was small talk and an overall friendly experience.
