Open interview with VP Marketing, open interview with VP HR, presentation to CEO and VP Marketing and open interview post that presentation. We went through my CV in all interviews, detailing what I did in each job. The questions were rather standard. All three explained about the company and the product, including a brief historical review.

Very pleasant and professional interview. Fair questions based on my experience. Didn't feel like they wanted to fail me - just get an honest impression of who I am and how I can contribute.
