      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ex Libris (Jerusalem, Jerusalem) in Feb 2024

      Interview

I applied via "Experis" (a third party contractor). The interview started with a conversation in Hebrew that transitioned to English (very important to them), you are expected to talk fluently with customers from abroad, this took about 20 minutes.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

A question about Valid Parentheses, and then a question about designing a validation system for new users in some system (how to check if name, birth date, phone are valid? how to check if 2 users are not created with the same id?)

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ex Libris (Jerusalem, Jerusalem) in May 2024

      Interview

Pretty decent experience — the interviewer was professional and kind, contacted me on WhatsApp, and the process was short with just one interview before a decision. Only downside: they didn’t say what to expect in the interview beforehand.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q1: LeetCode #20 — “Valid Parentheses” Q2: a question that relates to DB ACID traits
