The process kept changing one virtual interview after another. Ended up spending about 10 hours on zoom calls for all the interviews. Then they gave me a verbal yes, and asked me for references before they can share the numbers of offer. I gave them the references. Later they came back with a crap reason about my references being not good enough. All in all they probably weren't ready to hire a senior level engineer and ended up wasting a lot of my time.
