Senior Human Resources Business Partner EMEA Interview

      Apr 5, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Exabeam (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2022

      Interview

4 interviews, the first interview was extremely positive and I moved quickly onto meeting the team. I was then told he wanted me to meet with someone from the business. All positive and then he sent an email to say hold on, they are reviewing other candidates (ok thats fine, no issue with that). I then get an interview with someone in the recruitment team, who clearly has no idea what is going on with the hiring of this role and she spends the interview time getting a update from me as to what has happened so far! Finally I get an email from the recruitment manager saying that I am no longer being considered - with no explanation. If this is how the HR team treat candidates for their own team then I have to conclude they have no idea what they are doing and they have no respect for candidates .
