I initially applied on their website. There were two phone interviews. They then invited me in for a 2.5 hour interview with five team members. Each team member interviewed me for half an hour, and the questions were centered around the company's core values (integrity, teamwork, accountability, quality, and innovation). Some of the questions were repetitive including why Exact Sciences and why this position. The whole interview was long, with three interviews over two months. Questions included: Why Exact Sciences and why this position? Tell us about a time when you've been challenged by a co-worker? Tell us about a time when you've been innovative? What's your favorite product and why? Have you worked in a position where someone was dishonest and how did you handle it? At your last position, what would your co-workers say about you? Have you used data APIs?
