The interview process consisted of 2 phone interviews and a 3 hour in person interview. Although it felt like a "long process" at the time, it is worth it if you get the position!! I feel like Exact Sciences wants to hire someone who is the correct fit to their culture, therefore they really want to get to know someone's personality to ensure they would make a good fit for the specific position they are interviewing for.
