Phone screening with HR recruiter. Phone call with hiring manager. Then three Zoom meetings 45 minutes each with hiring manager, VP and another officer. First contact 11/20, last contact 12/23. Received a call from the HR recruiter saying that Exact was ready to make an offer to me and to expect formal communication in 24 hours. 12 hours later got a call from the same individual indicating that I was not selected. Very unprofessional. If this is how they handle recruitment, no wonder why this company has not generated one cent of earnings since its IPO 19 years ago.
