Great interview process. The team was thorough and very friendly. First was an HR screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Next was a 30m interview with 5 peers. It was a great opportunity to learn more about their organization.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Exact Sciences
Interview
First a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview with 4 different people, each 30 minutes back-to-back. (2 hours total) The HR staff were extremely disorganized, slow to follow up on the next step. I got handed back and forth to different people over email and they would lose the information I had already given them (ex. my dates for availability) and the dates would lapse. Interview itself was fine once I got there. Not impressed with HR staff.
