I am actually working through Aerotek as temp to hire but was very impressed with the people who interviewed me at Exact Sciences. Very kind and I felt relaxed and excited to have the opportunity to work for a corporation that will be the next huge contributor in eradicating colon cancer in our lifetime. They are hiring every month to keep up with the high demand for their testing kit and the excitement of the staff for this company is best I've encountered in all my career.

I really did not have any unexpected questions. If you do your home work and study the STAR method, with experience in a call center environment, you will do fine.
