Multiple interviews. Last interview really stood out because the person interviewing couldn't even pretend to be interested. It made for an uncomfortable interview. Further more, the lack of diversity in the office stood out. For an office located in a very diverse city metro, it makes no sense why that diversity wouldn't be reflected in their employees. Huge red flag.
