During the initial interview, HR already asked (insisted) current salary, expected salary and benefits. The interview has 4 phases : HR initial interview, technical interview with senior process engineer, interview with process engineering manager then HR hiring manager. It took almost 1 month after several back and forth to the site but I didn't get to the last phase even though they said they will keep me posted.
