I had a phone interview and it went well enough.
I was called in for an in person interview.
I met with a man and a woman. I explained I've done work for NASA, SpaceX, Nissan, Google, and more. They seemed to have concerns on 3 points.
1. That my past jobs had a degree of creativity and this job has none. I guess they want someone who is more of an automaton.
2. My age somehow thinking that I couldn't keep up with the workflow.
3. They asked for an example of a high stress time in my past work. All I could think of was a past boss who would come around to browbeat us(yelling) every 15 to 30 minutes and two coworkers at that particular job got upset. Those people interviewing me didn't like hearing this to which I'd saw: be prepared for any reply if you ask a question. I'm at a loss how that example makes me look bad. Also, they were hasty to the point of being rude.
I still have not heard back one way or another on the job after all this time but I already know by their blatant behavior what the answer is.
