The whole process took place over several months in this order: Phone interview, In-person Personality and Skills Interview, Aptitude Testing, Background Check, Psychological Evaluation, Drug/Alcohol Tests The interview panel started with simple HR questions followed by in depth, three part questioning that was more personally and professionally specific.
