Interview
STAR method with a focus on answers that align with company pillars/values. Interviewer took notes and sent them to some other company/person who decides. Overall nothing too bad and the process and scheduling was simple.

Interview
I applied for an engineering internship, and I am a nuclear engineering student, and got the job. This was my first internship, and I had almost no previous experience. They ask lots of STAR questions - like behavioral type questions. Be prepared for those!!!! Luckily I knew about this website and thought of some good responses to typical STAR questions. I was asked: 1)"Have you ever cheated in school?" 2)"Describe a time that you were in a difficult situation and handled a task well" 3)"What are some of the policies of past employers that you've agreed with?" And a couple other questions like that. My interviewer was very nice, and I was prepared for the interview, so I got the job. It really helps to think about some of the cool things that you've done that would answer STAR-type questions while also making you sound like a good future employee!
