First I had a phone interview with the director and then panel interview with two other people from various teams via zoom. The interviewers were very serious. No smiling. They didn’t make any effort to make me feel comfortable. They just each took turns asking questions. And once I was finished answering, the next person asked another question. Very underwhelming experience. I’m a professional with many years of work experience and that interview made me realize that I would never be happy there. There seemed to be no joy in the work. I never heard from anyone again.
