Interview
Met a recruiter at a career fair and was invited for an interview. The interview was about 2 hours away for me and when I got there I interviewed with 3 different employees. They did not have an HR department so I was handed off to people in different departments. I thought the interviews went very well, the questions weren't difficult, and it felt more like just having a conversation with each person. When I asked when I should be hearing back, no one really knew for sure but I was told I would hear back from them regardless of if I got a job offer. I sent a follow up to each interviewer a few weeks later after not hearing anything back. Never got a response to my emails at all. It seems very unprofessional on their part. Especially since they all knew I was traveling far for the interview. I feel like the least they could have done was reply to my follow up.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Expeditors (Chennai) in Apr 2025
Interview
First round is an aptitude assessment based on speed , time , ratios , work topics followed by Group discussion round and the topic was general . Once shortlisted the next round is Technical Face to Face round and the final round is cultural fit round.
good, straightforward, and very comprehensive, recruiters are helpful and always there for support. There are two rounds, one is 1-on-1 with a recruiter and the other is a panel interview.
The Interview wasn't too difficult, was asked an even mix of personality/ experience questions by one of the managers in the department. Lasted about 30-45 minutes and they got back to me the next week.
