There was a phone interview which was scheduled a week before. He was asking for basic background information, Java core and behavior questions. The interview was very friendly and professional.

Interview
First round was a phone screen with basic java questions. The second round consisted of a code-reading exercise and UML diagram drawing exercise. The third round was a code-writing exercise in java, and the final round was strictly behavioral "team-fit" interview. All interviews were either over the phone or video conferencing tools.
