When I started I started as a temp worker. Are you only have to go through one interview and I believe it was just because I was a temp worker. I have noticed now that potential applicants have to go through several interviews. I was hired full time after my 3 months of working as a temp.
Not willing to negotiate original offer. Background investiation takes 3+ weeks. Says there is room for growth and moving ability but generally is not the chase unless the offer is made to you.
