First you will get in to group discussions their they will concentrate on ENGLISH and SELF CONFIDENCE, then after a process you will get training on Mainpal their specifc domain you will be trained, in training period there will be assessment so you have to crack that process .and Final assesemnt is important thing if you crack the final round only you will get in to project level. For me it is good and smooth, Beacuse i already trained on mainframe so for me these period of time was helpful
