It was in person, very easy, personality type questions. It was with an HR person and the sales manager. They went over the roles of the job and expected responsibilities.

1st and second interview were fairly straight forward. Fairly too the point as they trying to understand if you will be a cultural fit more than a pure skills based assessment.
