I think it is inexcusable how they treat people, I spent a long time preparing for this assessment day, I did all the prep and submitted everything that was needed and gave them a whole day of my time and they had not got the decency to let me know that I did not get it, absolutely no contact. The company is strong in convey ing the importance of upkeeping their values including Transparency and Respect, but apparently, that only extends to the successful candidates and not potential ones. Very disappointing.
