Interview
It was an easy process. I got a missed call. Call back and scheduled an interview. Went to the interview. It wasn't hard. I was hired. I started a week later.
Did a group interview - was asked what we like to do in our free time and what our best qualities about ourselves are. It was one in their backroom and we sat in a circle with other potential candidates. It was nice to see how we'd all work together and everyone's attitudes towards the position. It was also nice to see how many people had experience and how many were new to this.

What good qualities we would bring to the floor, what our best qualities are, how we'd handle a rough situation with a customer, and what we like to do in our free time.
Group interview- very friendly, welcoming, but a bit awkward in group setting. Want to see if you're personable and approachable and a good team player. I didn't have any sales experience but they just want to know that you can deal with customers, meet goals, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Applied online. was selected for an in person interview at the store. Met with the store manager at Express and went through the application and interview questions. It was a fairly short interview and straightforward process
