I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Express (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and about two months later I got a random call for an interview. I got the call on a Monday and went in for the interview that Thursday. Went into the store Thursday for the interview (which was a group interview with 5 people including myself), one of the managers took us across the street, sat down, asked some questions. At the end we were able to ask questions of our own, and she(the manager), told us that we would get a call back within the next week. I got a call back the next Tuesday and was offered the job. Went in a couple days later for orientation and training. And here I am today working at Express. Simple interview, just be yourself. I was stumbling over my words and was just having a good time answering questions. They just want to see that you have a good personality and that you know the brand as well as interested in the company. Don't be so business professional and up tight. And make sure to bring a resume even if you sent one with the application. It makes you stand out! Good luck, hope you get the job and enjoy it as much as I do!
