The phone screen was to discuss my work history and emphasized the sequence of events more than anything. We did not discuss the position at all. The recruiter was very interested in employment gaps....

Extensive digging into why I left my previous employer and attempting to get me to bad mouth my previous employer
There were three face to face interviews with various members of the management team. This was followed by a formal presentation with a topic of your choice. Just meant to make sure you are able to speak to a client intelligently. Overall, it was a little over the top, but I guess needed for all the applications they typically receive.
