Two interviews. One with the director and then the TA manager in person. 1st interview was virtual, asked if I knew anything about the company. Asked about experience, more of a conversation than formal interview. 2nd interview in person with TA manager, scheduled for 1 hour, went over by 30 min. Manager kept talking about her expectations, kept talking about the company, very casual, they had 3-4 follow up questions for each formal questions. Feed back from the interview was needed more concrete examples. Seemed like a micro manager
