Extreme Networks Account Manager interview questions

Rating first round of interviews only - the recruiting team screening. It was a roughly 20 minute phone call. Typical questions about experience both sales and technical, availability, expectations from the role etc. They described next steps and moving me to the next round. After 2 weeks of silence and my transparency about interviewing for other roles I gave up. Received an answer after another 3 weeks that they are going with other candidates. Very unprofessional, poor experience. Don't mind getting a No, don't like being lied to.
