The interview process consisted of four technical rounds: the first with the hiring manager, followed by three in-depth discussions with senior team members to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. I dedicated significant time preparing for each round and was hopeful about the opportunity. However, I was disappointed to be ghosted after the final round, despite sending multiple polite follow-up emails inquiring about the status of my application. It felt unprofessional for a company of such standing to not provide any closure. A simple rejection email would have been appreciated, especially considering the effort candidates put into preparing for interviews.
