Elaborate process but it was worth it. We need to focus on our behavioural traits while talking specially during group discussion time. Personal interview is more of chill in nature . Not a stress interview at all.

They focus more on Hr questions and your resume , be sure to know everything in your resume thoroughly.
The interview process consisted of questions from Chemical Engineering basics like, distillation column, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. Along with this the HR interview consisted of questions which validated team work, personal growth, ability to work under pressure and versatility.

Q- Temperature profiles in distillation column?
Q- Pressure profiles in distillation column?
Q- Effect of increasing reflux ratio or reboiler duty? ,etc.
Online test followed by group discussion and personal interview. Overall I felt the interview was great although I did not receive the job offer. It was almost two weeks-long process.
