Interview
1-2 one round interview lasted for 30 mins:
1. introduce yourself
2. why you choose EM and how much you know about their business
3. your experience in working with people from different backgrounds
4. your method to ensure yourself and others to meet the ddl
5. your hobbies and interest
Online application process followed by a phone interview which involved standard questions asking about your motivation for the role, career ambitions, and thoughts on the company, industry, and position itself.

I applied online. It was a first round pre-recorded video interview. The interviewer started off by asking about my studies and past experience then went on to behavioral and basic accounting/finance questions.

The first step consisted of a video-recorded interview which had a 7 days deadline so one could do it in his/her own peace and time. It was a half an hour-long interview and there were 6 questions. Following it for the Operation Analyst position, there were some Accounting related questions but it was Multiple choice type questions.
