They did a campus interview and then a telephonic interview. The interview process is extremely slow. They waited atleast a month after each step. In the campus interview behavioral questions were asked, whereas on the telephonic interview, they had a technical discussion.

There are a bunch of senior employees in the interview. Throughout the interview, they all asked stupid questions just like kidergarden questions such as why do you do this, your movitation, what did you learn etc. Cannot believe they all have PhD degrees.

Pleasant, with friendly hosts and staff. Personal presentation of my skills with a very busy (as expected) follow-up of one-to-one meetings with the staff with a wide range of compatible expertise.
