Es un proceso largo...
Primero una consultora te hace una entrevista telefónica, algunos tests (incluyendo 30 minutos de evaluación de inglés con una profesora) y una entrevista presencial.
Si se pasa el filtro de la consultora, comienza el proceso de entrevistas con la empresa. En mi caso fueron dos entrevistas con dos supervisores del área a la que apliqué en cada una.
Todas las entrevistas son mitad en español y mitad en inglés, son preguntas bastante exigentes.
Si pasas todas esas instancias y también el preocupacional, quedas en una base de datos y te llaman cuando hay un puesto en el área al que postulaste. Ahí aceptas o rechazas la oferta que te hagan.
El trato tanto con la empresa como con la consultora es excelente en todo el proceso. Sobretodo destaco a la consultora que estuvo en contacto y disponible en todo momento. Hay partes del proceso en las que sentí que no tuve suficiente información, pero lo básico estuvo todo cubierto.

Networking session was held where shortlisted candidates for the position were identified. Followed by 2 rounds of interviews akin to a casual chat, with senior managers in the 2nd round. overall process was smooth and pleasant to experience
