Interview
First they conduct the online written test, then telephonic round, then face to face interview alongwith one written test. Then the medicaal and backgroung verification. After that offer the position at very less salary compared to standard market norms. Very pathetic after so many round of interviews. The whole procedure is very frustrating. I wish I had neglected them.

It was core questions in chemical engineering plus HR questions. It was not a difficult process as i had prepared well for it. It was a virtual process since this happened in the pandemic scenario.
