Great hiring process even though it didn't work out for me.
Applied online (CV, cover letter, reasoning test, behavioral test) - contacted by HR a few weeks later.
First round with experienced employees. Classic behavioral questions, that you have to answer using the STAR format. Emphasis on motivation, interpersonal skills (communication, teamwork, drive, resilience, etc) and fit with ExxonMobil's culture (responsibility, inclusiveness, data-driven decision-making, etc). Researching the company culture helps a lot. A few questions about the latest development in the oil & gas industry. One "pressure" question. Very nice and interesting interviewers, detailed feedback from a (very helpful) recruiter.
Second (and final) round was more of the same, just with more senior people and with more emphasis on trying to find a suitable role with regards to my skillset. Also several questions about where do I see myself in the future, and a mini case study/brainteaser. Again, very pleasant interviewers.
I got a rejection email the next day, as well as a fairly detailed feedback.
