I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Sep 2018
Interview
It was a three-step process outlined in the following:
1) We had an on campus info session where they wanted to see how we interacted with others.
2) We had a networking event at a local restaurant.
3) The actual face-to-face interview that asked mostly behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had to persuade your team or subordinates to follow an idea you had. What were the results - influence others?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2025
Interview
Horrible they lied to me and several other candidates about the process and their plans. They still offered me the position which I turned down because I didn’t feel it was worth it.
The interview was a panel interview where they mostly asked questions about a project that I shared. I did not get the chance to ask any questions. The interview lasted about an hour in person.
