The first round was like an intro and it was pretty informal. They asked me how interested I was in the company and the position I applied for. The interviewer was a PhD holder, but not in my field. Also had questions regarding the behavioral patterns and how I would react to some circumstances. The interviewer referred me to the specific group that I applied to in Annandale, NJ.
