Interview
one on one campus interview from Exxonmobil. I was interviewed by the recruitment group leader. She asked me several questions, most are very general and behavior questions. I was nervous at beginning, but it turned out to be very relaxed. I thought my performance was good, but there was no progress.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
