Two rounds of F2F interviews. Applied a long time ago and contacted for interview 2.5 months later. 1st round rather relaxed. Be prepared for typical behavioral questions. They’ll ask detailed follow up questions based on resume too. 2nd round still behavioral questions but a lot tougher. Asked a lot of ‘negative’ questions like how you would react in all kinds of tough situations. I guess the reason I didn’t pass this round is that I’m not very good at answering these ‘negative’ questions. Interviewer confirmed they’ll let me know the result in 1-2 weeks (pass or fail they’ll let you know), then got no answer after 2+ weeks. Emailed in about 2 weeks, no reply. Then waited about 1 week and called Thai HR multiple times, no one answered the call. Left a voice message, no response. Honestly I was annoyed by such silent treatment and break of promise. Then checked online application status, says no longer under consideration. Very good.
